Roles & Responsibilities

Lead financial forecasting and management reporting activities, tracking KPIs and operational metrics (plan vs. forecast vs. actuals).

Build and maintain detailed financial models, scenario analyses, and support investment decisions through valuation analysis.

Prepare dashboards, databooks, and management review materials while performing variance and trend analysis to identify performance drivers.

Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure data integrity and align general ledger outputs with management reporting.

Automate recurring reporting and forecasting workflows, analyzing data to recommend process and operational improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance or related specialization).
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, or business finance.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, forecasting, and planning. High proficiency in MS Excel and variance analysis. Ability to automate reporting workflows and understand GL to management reporting alignment.
