Roles & Responsibilities

Design, code, test, debug, and document software solutions for moderately complex engineering projects.

Support software installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts, ensuring high service quality and system availability.

Research and evaluate alternative technical solutions, presenting recommendations for issue resolution and technical improvements.

Apply independent judgment while following security and compliance requirements in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to support the development of secure, scalable, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience
2+ years of software engineering experience (enterprise application development preferred).
Technical & Core Competence
Strong programming in Java/J2EE and Python. Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with AI/GenAI solutions (RAG pipelines, Vector Databases) is a strong advantage.
