Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon AMS and Flipkart Ads.
  • Analyze complex campaign and customer data to identify valuable trends and translate them into actionable business insights.
  • Continuously track, measure, and optimize marketing KPIs and paid media strategies to maximize sales and ROI.
  • Execute robust experimentation pipelines to support customer acquisition, retention campaigns, and overall business growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate intimately with cross-functional stakeholders and e-commerce partners to scale successful digital campaigns and prepare performance reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or analytics, with specific experience running acquisition or retention campaigns.

Technical & Core Competence

Deep expertise in Performance Marketing, Amazon AMS, Flipkart Ads Platform, and Google Ads. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, KPI Tracking, and Paid Media Optimization. Experience working with large datasets in an e-commerce setting is preferred.
