UBS is hiring a CA Intern for its Finance organization, with opportunities in Hyderabad and Pune. The role is part of the Group Functions and involves financial reporting, analytics, treasury reporting, and supporting senior stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information.
The position is heavily involved with the Reporting and Analytics Service Executive Treasury reporting team. The intern will work on Group and Regional Treasury reporting, financial analysis, controls, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality financial reporting and analytics for Group and Legal Entities.
- Compile and analyze financial information for Group and Regional Treasury.
- Prepare monthly Group Treasury and Regional Treasury reporting packs.
- Support Treasury teams with reporting used for ALCO and senior management meetings.
- Prepare financial statements and other financial reports.
- Support reporting activities for external auditors and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze financial results and reporting information for strategic insights.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of control quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
- Work with stakeholders across diverse finance and business functions.

Eligibility

Qualification: Higher Accounting degree or professional qualification (e.g., CA/CPA track candidates).

Experience Requirement: Exposure to financial reporting, accounting, treasury, or banking concepts is relevant. Ideal for freshers/interns.

Core Skills: Deep understanding of Treasury concepts including Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Stress Testing, and Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA).

Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel and MS Access. Additional exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, or Python provides a strong advantage.
