UBS is hiring an Analytics Reporting Executive in Mumbai within its Digital, Marketing and Communications – Group Functions team. The role focuses on developing and governing analytics and reporting processes for websites and digital platforms using Power BI, SharePoint, and supporting tools.
The position involves building dashboards, translating business requirements into data-model enhancements, preparing data from multiple sources, optimizing DAX calculations, and partnering with data engineering and source-system teams to improve reporting quality and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Work with published and governed datasets.
- Translate business requirements into data-model enhancements.
- Define dataset changes required to support reporting requirements.
- Partner with data engineering and source-system owners to ensure data availability and accuracy.
- Define and manage web analytics and reporting strategy.
- Align analytics reporting with business and digital performance objectives.
- Lead discussions with stakeholders using analytics-driven insights.
- Develop complex DAX queries for calculations, measures, KPIs, and time-intelligence scenarios.
- Apply performance-tuning and model-optimization practices.
- Filter, clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources.
- Manage analytics reporting and website analytics hygiene using SharePoint and Power BI.
