Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor financial transactions and overall system health across platforms, ensuring smooth operations for merchants and internal systems.

Identify and report anomalies, system issues, or operational roadblocks to relevant stakeholders promptly.

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights, communicating alerts and updates efficiently during active incidents.

Create interactive dashboards and detailed reports for performance tracking and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve system efficiency, and enhance operational workflows.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduation in any relevant discipline (Business, IT, Analytics, or related fields).
Experience
Relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or operations preferred. Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of SQL, data manipulation techniques, and understanding of business analytics concepts. Experience with BI tools and data visualization. Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 fast-paced shift environment.
