Razorpay is looking for an Analyst, Financial Operations to support daily transaction reconciliations, partner settlements, escrow monitoring, and financial reporting within its Engage business vertical.

Key Responsibilities
1. Transaction Reconciliation and Fund Settlements
- Complete daily reconciliations within defined SLAs, including T+1 for PPI, gift card, and loyalty transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely fund settlements to merchants and partners.
- Identify transaction variances and prevent financial losses caused by manual errors.
- Follow reconciliation procedures and maintain accurate records.
2. Bank Statement Tagging & Reporting
- Tag daily bank statement transactions and investigate unidentified debit/credit entries.
- Close outstanding reconciliation items within T+3 timelines.
- Monitor daily fund movements, prepare Escrow Adequacy reports, and maintain Google Drive records.
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Review and resolve merchant and partner operational queries within 24 hours.
- Coordinate with Technology, Product, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track banking portal issues, technical outages, and payment gateway discrepancies.
4. Compliance, Refunds & Data Analysis
- Follow RBI guidelines for PPI operations, escrow accounts, and payment settlements.
- Process customer and partner refunds accurately within operational deadlines.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, recommend workflow improvements, and automate repetitive tasks.

Eligibility & Compensation

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field. Suitable for B.Com, BBA, B.Com (Accounting and Finance), and finance graduates.

Experience Required: 0–2 years of relevant experience in financial operations, payment reconciliation, settlements, or treasury operations. Fintech or payment gateway experience is preferred.

Estimated Salary: ₹4.5–8 LPA (unofficial external estimates for this specific role/location). Estimated monthly gross equivalent is approx. ₹37,500–₹66,700. Actual compensation varies based on experience.
