Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the complete invoice processing cycle from validation to payment workflows, reviewing for compliance issues.

Use automation tools and Copilot to improve invoice processing efficiency, resolve exceptions, and prevent processing delays.

Collaborate with procurement, business teams, and vendors on invoice queries and perform periodic vendor account reconciliations.

Track and resolve invoice processing requests using ticketing systems, investigating variances and maintaining financial records.

Participate in process improvement initiatives, handling escalations and staying updated on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and tax requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, or related finance functions.
Technical & Core Competence
Knowledge of Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable (AP) operations, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Experience using Oracle is mandatory. Familiarity with SAP HANA, AppZen, Alteryx, and automation tools (e.g., Copilot) is highly beneficial.
