Roles & Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Financial systems (both Cloud and On-Premise) for global enterprise clients.

Assist in business process analysis and design, performing detailed fit-gap analysis and process reviews for optimized workflows.

Work actively on critical finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

Contribute to finance transformation and performance improvement projects, analyzing financial data to provide actionable business insights.

Assist in program management, support training and adoption of new systems, and collaborate seamlessly with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience
Freshers (recently qualified CA candidates) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial processes, GST, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements. Deep understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes. An active interest in Oracle Financial systems and digital finance transformation.
