PayPal is hiring an Analyst – Procure to Pay (P2P) in Bangalore. The role focuses on procurement operations, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, contract compliance, supplier invoice reconciliation, and process improvement.
The position has a particular focus on SAP Ariba Contract Compliance and involves working with sourcing teams, category managers, business units, and procurement operations teams. Candidates should have experience with Ariba, Oracle P2P, or an equivalent procurement tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding of new vendors while ensuring procurement and third-party risk requirements.
- Create, review, and process purchase orders.
- Track procurement activities and resolve operational issues.
- Reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Maintain supplier relationships and address procurement-related concerns.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and spend control.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and financial controls.
- Analyze procurement data and generate reports for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize P2P processes.
- Support internal and external audits with procurement documentation.
- Oversee day-to-day Contract Compliance activities in SAP Ariba.
- Set up Contract Compliance projects in Ariba and coordinate with enablement teams.
- Conduct training and informational sessions for internal stakeholders.

Eligibility

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience. Background in procure-to-pay, purchasing, contracts, and/or compliance.

System Knowledge: Preferred 1–3 years working with SAP Ariba modules, Oracle P2P, or an equivalent procurement tool. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Core Skills: Basic understanding of procurement and contracting processes. Basic reporting experience. Experience identifying process improvement initiatives.

Soft Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct training sessions for internal stakeholders.
