Roles & Responsibilities

Front-end all customer-reported issues and manage expectations.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 1+ Year in Tech Support
Technical Foundation
Must have mandatory experience with SaaS platforms, ticketing tools like Zendesk/Jira, and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts.
