Roles & Responsibilities

Provide L1 technical support via Phone, Email, and Chat.

Identify, prioritize, and resolve reported technical issues.

Troubleshoot MS Windows, PC hardware, MS Office, and related apps.

Act as a liaison between customers and infrastructure teams.

Document and track incidents accurately ensuring timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduation (Any Stream)
Experience
1–3 Years (Tech Support)
Shift Requirement
Must be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts from the office.
