Morgan Stanley is hiring an Analyst for its Wealth Management Home Office team in Mumbai. The role focuses on reporting, data analysis and generating insights into trends and activities driving business results.
The analyst will work with corporate partners including Human Resources, Finance and FA Compensation, while collaborating with teams across Mumbai, New York/New Jersey and Budapest to deliver management reports and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop analysis and reporting in collaboration with corporate partners.
- Conduct research related to business and operational requirements.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Analyze Wealth Management Home Office initiatives and their business impact.
- Perform daily, monthly and quarterly trend analysis.
- Develop and present key data and metrics to senior management.
- Leverage multiple data sources and methodologies to validate analytical outputs.
- Identify key business issues, investigate using relevant data, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Eligibility & Skills

Experience Requirement: 1–3 years of Wealth Management or relevant industry experience.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Core Skills: Strong organizational, project management, data analysis, and trend analysis skills.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, self-motivated, strong ownership, and effective written and verbal communication.
