Morgan Stanley is hiring an Analyst / Senior Analyst – Debt Capital Markets (DCM) for its Global Capital Markets (GCM) Center in Mumbai.
This role offers a tremendous opportunity to work closely with global Debt Capital Markets origination and syndication teams. You will directly support deal execution, credit analysis, market research, financial analytics, investor materials preparation, and high-profile capital markets transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Support live execution and provide analytical support to global Debt Capital Markets origination and syndication teams.

Assist with investment-grade debt and leveraged finance transactions.

Support ratings advisory through credit analysis, peer benchmarking, and preparing rating agency materials/decks.

Prepare and update pitch books, investor presentations, market updates, RAPs, and internal documentation.

Track trading levels, evaluate secondary market performance, pricing dynamics, and maintain DCM databases.

Assist with roadshow preparation, investor coordination, wall-crossing processes, and post-deal reporting.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must hold an MBA, CA, or Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualification). You must have 1–3 years of relevant work experience, coupled with a strong interest in Corporate Finance and Debt Capital Markets.
