Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will contribute to developing and maintaining software infrastructure for Microsoft’s data analytics platforms. Your work will focus on:
- Write extensible and maintainable code using established coding practices.
- Debug, test, and identify issues using logs, telemetry, and automated code analysis.
- Support the development and testing of software design options.
- Understand system dependencies, performance, scalability, and security fundamentals.

Eligibility & Preferences

Education Requirement: Associate’s degree or apprenticeship in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is highly preferred. Equivalent experience may also qualify.

Experience Required: At least 6 months of proven coding experience through work or an internship in one or more of the listed programming languages.

Background Check: Successful completion of the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire or transfer, with rechecks every two years, is mandatory.
