Roles & Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for business operations platforms and workflows, handling inquiries related to customer profiles and system adjustments.

Investigate and resolve operational issues and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of all assigned tasks.

Conduct quality control checks, perform data audits, and support the daily maintenance of various operational systems.

Assist in onboarding and training business users on tools and platforms, collaborating across internal teams.

Contribute actively to platform enhancements, integration initiatives, and system improvements to boost operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
Relevant experience in analytics, operations, or support roles is preferred. Freshers with strong analytical skills may also apply.
Technical & Core Competence
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce or similar tools is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business operations systems.
