Roles & Responsibilities

Support regions, business units, and functions directly as a banking operations subject matter expert.

Manage and respond promptly to banking partner inquiries, ensuring transparent and effective communication.

Handle customer and operational support requests efficiently using internal tools and detailed reporting systems.

Monitor essential operational performance metrics and identify potential operational risks, recommending resolution strategies.

Maintain crucial banking system access, support ongoing SOX compliance activities, and assist in implementing broad process improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
Experience in treasury or banking applications preferred. Experience managing projects or operational processes is an advantage.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of banking operations, treasury applications, and operational reporting. Exposure to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC processes. Familiarity with bank account opening/closing procedures, SOX compliance, and data analysis is highly preferred.
