JPMorganChase is hiring an Analyst – Data & Analytics within its Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Controllers team in Bengaluru. The role combines financial control, data analytics, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence, with close collaboration across Finance, P&A, Risk, and other teams.
The position involves analyzing financial performance, supporting month-end reporting and regulatory requirements, developing internal controls, and automating processes using Alteryx. The analyst will also create and enhance Tableau dashboards and contribute to the development of the firm's Data Analytics framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate existing and new processes using data transformation tools such as Alteryx and deploy workflows to Alteryx Server.
- Create, maintain, and enhance analytics dashboards in Tableau to bring new datasets into the framework.
- Perform month-end analytical reviews to ensure financial statement completeness and accuracy.
- Review and prepare regulatory reporting for US Fed and SEC requirements.
- Prepare Management Information Summary (MIS) decks for senior management.
- Support controls designed to mitigate financial and business risks and develop process flows.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights while presenting complex info clearly.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Design, Operations and Control functions.
Eligibility & Skills

Experience Required: 2–4 years of relevant experience. Relevant background in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or a related area.

Core Technical Skills: Strong experience with data transformation and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Alteryx Server, and Tableau.

Financial Tools: Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Hyperion Essbase proficiency is highly preferred.

Advanced Analytics: Understanding of machine learning and AI-driven data analytics, alongside Data Analytics and Business Intelligence principles.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound and independent judgment, and strong multitasking abilities.
