Roles & Responsibilities

Manage month-end financial reporting and analysis while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Perform variance analysis and explain financial performance to prepare monthly financial reports and management presentations.

Develop dashboards and automate financial reporting to improve processes and optimization.

Support headcount planning, resource forecasting, vendor management, and manage cost center hierarchy and reporting structures.

Ensure financial data integrity, accuracy, and compliance while delivering bi-weekly and monthly headcount reporting.

Eligibility Criteria
Technical & Core Competence Required
Candidates must have a solid foundation in **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, and Forecasting**. Hands-on expertise using **Tableau, SAP, Essbase, and Advanced Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint** is essential to successfully support financial modeling and executive reporting at JPMorganChase.
*Please Note: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance or FP&A is strictly required. A background as a Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or MBA in Finance is mandated.*
