JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Data Analyst – Tableau, Power BI – Associate in Mumbai. As a Data Operations Associate, you will analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The role involves collecting and validating data, building reports and dashboards, conducting exploratory analysis, and translating business requirements into data-driven solutions. The position is part of the Commercial & Investment Bank and focuses on data analytics, reporting, visualization, data quality, and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement.
- Implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methods supporting predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Validate data quality through routine checks and data cleansing activities.
- Follow up on data-quality issues and work toward resolution.
- Monitor industry trends and analytics best practices.
- Strengthen reporting and insight-generation approaches.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to applicable controls, policies, and procedures.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.

Core Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis. Programming experience with Python or R. Experience building dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Expertise: Experience with query writing and execution. Familiarity with machine learning techniques, AI-powered analytics, and workflow automation. Certifications in data technology, Agile, or project management.
