JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring an Analyst – Legal Entity Controller in Bengaluru within its Commercial & Investment Bank. The role focuses on regulatory and legal entity reporting, including financial information submitted to regulatory bodies such as the German Central Bank, European Central Bank (ECB), and European Banking Authority (EBA).
The successful candidate will support regulatory reporting, variance analysis, IFRS and US GAAP analysis, control processes, data quality management, automation, and reporting-related initiatives. This opportunity is highly focused on working with cross-functional finance teams to maintain reporting quality and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare regulatory reports for the German Central Bank, ECB, and EBA, ensuring timely submissions within the required control framework.

Analyze reporting breaks, investigate discrepancies for resolution, and prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis.

Prepare and review regulatory reports for JPMorgan entities under IFRS requirements, performing IFRS and US GAAP to IFRS adjustments.

Support Data Quality Management (DQM), automation, process standardization initiatives, and monitor regulatory compliance updates.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects and system implementations while partnering with local Regulatory Project teams.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must hold a Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA, or equivalent qualification. You must have 1–3 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or legal entity reporting.
