The successful candidate will partner with business teams across Global Corporate Banking, Leveraged Finance, Syndicate, Debt Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, Treasury Services, and Trade Finance. Responsibilities include credit risk assessment, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, due diligence, cash flow modelling, credit memo preparation, and supporting lending and leveraged finance decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage coverage of a portfolio of EMEA corporate clients across diversified industries, grading and reviewing credit risk exposures.

Analyze business models, cash flow generation, debt capacity, and refinancing risks using detailed cash flow modeling and DCF analysis.

Provide recommendations regarding facilities, credit limits, tenor, covenants, collateral, security, and inter-creditor arrangements.

Support analysis and approval processes for leveraged finance, corporate lending requests, term loans, and bond transactions.

Explore AI and LLM solutions to improve credit risk processes, operational efficiency, and team analysis workflows.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must have a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or STEM subjects. You must have relevant experience in Credit Risk or leveraged finance underwriting. Experience with cash flow modelling, corporate business models, and covenant structures is highly preferred.
