Roles & Responsibilities

Manage critical financial processes including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the Consumer & Community Banking division.

Perform detailed variance analysis, provide actionable business insights, and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic business decision-making.

Manage headcount planning, vendor management, and cost centers while ensuring the utmost accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Develop intuitive dashboards, improve reporting efficiency, and actively support automation and financial process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or MBA (Finance) / equivalent degree is required.
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, FP&A, or related reporting functions.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Essbase, SAP, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Alteryx preferred).
