Roles & Responsibilities

Support the execution of diverse customer satisfaction survey projects and analytics-based customer experience initiatives.

Process critical survey invitation files with appropriate data validation checks, identifying and remediating data quality issues.

Act as a subject matter expert for survey tools and functionality, supporting survey design, testing, and proactive issue resolution.

Document business review findings thoroughly, monitor data quality standards, and actively troubleshoot operational issues.

Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, management, and business teams to gather requirements and manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Market Research, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or survey operations.
Technical & Core Competence
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access. Strong background in Data Validation, Survey Analytics, and Quality Assurance. Experience with survey management tools and exposure to customer loyalty analytics or customer experience functions.
