Job Overview

ixigo is hiring a Full-Stack Intern – B2B to work with its engineering, product and CX teams on its Voice AI stack. The role offers hands-on exposure to production systems involving voice bots, agent-assist tools, servicing dashboards and backend infrastructure.

The intern will contribute to AI voice-bot architecture, call scheduling and retry systems, voice automation, backend data pipelines and frontend interfaces. The role also provides exposure to modern technologies including LLMs, STT/TTS, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the architecture and development of AI Voice Bot systems.
  • Build tools for configuring and managing voice-bot flows.
  • Work on queue and retry frameworks for call scheduling.
  • Handle failures, retries and prioritization across high call volumes.
  • Contribute to voice-call automation and monitoring.
  • Support development of the Servicing Insights Dashboard.
  • Work on backend data pipelines and frontend interfaces.
  • Research emerging Voice AI technologies and market trends.
  • Translate relevant Voice AI research into improvements for internal tools.
  • Participate in documentation, code reviews and design discussions.
  • Write and maintain tests and contribute to technical planning.

Eligibility

  • Core Tech Skills: Understanding of queueing systems, retry mechanisms, and scheduling infrastructure. Experience building or contributing to dashboards or internal tools.
  • Preferred Technologies: Exposure to Kubernetes/EKS. Interest or hands-on exposure to Voice AI systems (STT/TTS, LLMs) for customer experience use cases.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with engineering, product, and CX teams. Fast learner capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
