Infosys is hiring for a Finance – CA Fresher opportunity in Bengaluru, with responsibilities spanning Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, deal pricing, and commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning for assigned business units.

Perform P&L analysis, identify variances, track KPIs, and prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with business commentary.

Develop business cases and strategic financial models to support initiatives and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.

Partner with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to evaluate deal economics, construct pricing models, and run scenario analyses.

Analyze revenue recognition, assess financial margins and risks, and provide pricing and discounting recommendations for leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree and possess 0–5 years of work experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or related commercial finance roles.
