Infosys Limited is hiring a CA Fresher for its Finance service line in Bangalore. The role focuses on revenue recognition, revenue forecasting, variance analysis, billing validation, reporting, internal controls, and Order-to-Cash process improvements.
The position involves working with finance, delivery, and sales operations stakeholders while leveraging analytics and automation to strengthen revenue control processes and support the implementation of IFRS 15 / Ind AS 115.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Perform revenue forecasting and variance analysis.
- Review contracts and billing agreements.
- Validate invoicing and revenue recognition across Order-to-Cash workflows.
- Generate and analyze reports on unbilled, unearned, and deferred revenue.
- Ensure timely ramp-down of open revenue-related items.
- Support delivery, sales operations, and finance teams with revenue-related inquiries and escalations.
- Leverage automation and analytics to strengthen revenue control frameworks.
- Support audit mechanisms and internal control processes.
- Assist with IFRS 15 and Ind AS 115 implementation.
- Contribute to Order-to-Cash process improvements.

Eligibility

Experience Requirement: 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (as noted in JD) / CA Fresher profile.

Core Skills: Knowledge of accounting, reporting, revenue recognition, and revenue forecasting processes.

Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and familiarity with IFRS 15 / Ind AS 115 is highly relevant.
