Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend software components and services.

Debug, troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve complex customer-reported issues within distributed production systems.

Contribute proactively to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes, ensuring rapid and secure software delivery.

Participate in rigorous code reviews and system design discussions to guarantee strict adherence to code quality, performance, and scalability standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
3–6 years of robust experience in backend software development, working effectively in Agile and collaborative team environments.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep expertise in Go, Python, or Node.js. Extensive experience building and consuming REST APIs and JSON-based services. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cloudant or similar), Microservices architecture, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
