Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive financial analysis and reporting activities, analyzing trial balances and financial fluctuations.

Prepare IndAS financial statements, including detailed Balance Sheet and P&L evaluations.

Provide critical USGAAP month-end close support, variance analysis, and support for USGAAP tax provision preparations and submissions.

Actively support internal audits, ICOFR compliance activities, and assist with tax audits and GST accounting compliance.

Maintain relationships with finance, legal, tax, and business stakeholders, participating in cross-functional finance initiatives and policy improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of solid experience as a Financial Analyst, with exposure to accounting, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of General Accounting, IndAS Financial Statements, and USGAAP. Experience with GST Accounting, Internal Controls (ICOFR), FP&A, and Variance Analysis. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
