Honeywell is hiring an Intern (Bachelor's) for its Finance team in Pune. The internship is specifically for candidates currently pursuing CA who are eligible for Industrial Training under ICAI guidelines.
The role provides practical exposure to accounting, financial reporting, month-end closing, consolidation, statutory audits and financial data analysis. The intern will work with the Entity Controller and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Post monthly journal entries accurately and on time.
- Upload Trial Balance into the Hyperion consolidation tool.
- Prepare monthly schedules for consolidation and reporting.
- Assist the Entity Controller with monthly book closing.
- Support statutory audit requirements.
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor queries.
- Assist with financial data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in meetings.
Eligibility & Skills

Qualification Requirement: Must be currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA). Must be eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines. (Candidates pursuing other academic degrees are not eligible).

Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, Hyperion, and other financial systems.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, research capabilities, and team collaboration. Willingness to learn.

Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred for this 9-12 month, Monday-Friday, work-from-office role in Pune.
