Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Business Performance
- Support weekly and monthly analysis of major business key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze financial performance from the overall Line of Business (LOB) and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) perspectives.
- Review profit and loss (P&L), working capital (WC), and cash metrics.
- Perform in-depth analysis of significant financial variances and their underlying drivers.
Planning, Forecasting & Outlooks
- Support and coordinate the Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes.
- Contribute to midterm forecasting cycles, including 3+9, 5+7, and 8+4 estimates.
- Support quarterly Short Range Outlooks (SROs) and prepare summaries of risks and opportunities.
Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement
- Coordinate and support the financial aspects of capital expenditure (Capex) processes.
- Support compliance with applicable corporate and statutory requirements, including US GAAP and Honeywell Accounting Policies.
- Partner on special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as assigned.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and contribute to more efficient finance operations.
