Roles & Responsibilities

Investigate fraud, scams, and abuse patterns across payment systems by analyzing large datasets to identify trends and generate insights.

Perform statistical analysis using risk and payments data, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance tools and systems.

Develop signals and improve system accuracy and efficiency, while managing operations programs and tracking project timelines.

Identify process gaps and implement automation solutions, conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of products and features.

Respond to escalations within defined service levels and participate in on-call rotations including weekend coverage.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is highly preferred.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, defining project scope, and hands-on experience with SQL, R, Python, or C++.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques. Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, or C++. Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow), LLMs / Generative AI, and working with large data warehouses.
