Roles & Responsibilities

Support monthly financial close and reporting activities, ensuring adherence to tight corporate deadlines.

Perform in-depth balance sheet analysis and financial analysis to uncover performance drivers and variances.

Manage critical budgets, forecasts, and accounting schedules while actively supporting budget governance and non-compensation expense management.

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements, strengthening internal controls and streamlining reporting processes.

Analyze financial and operational data for business insights, present recommendations to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams on automation initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance (or a related field).
Experience
2–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience. Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or controllership preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting. In-depth understanding of US GAAP, SOX Compliance, and Balance Sheet Analysis. Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Generative AI.
