Roles & Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and maintain sophisticated AI-assisted automation and intelligent testing solutions.

Design and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models, AI agents, and multi-step reasoning workflows.

Integrate advanced ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based systems seamlessly into healthcare applications.

Develop AI-powered root cause analysis, failure analysis systems, and intelligent reporting for unstructured data.

Support robust CI/CD pipelines, continuous validation processes, and apply AI-driven recommendations to improve overall automation coverage.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Master’s Degree (MS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of solid project experience involving AI, Machine Learning, or automation technologies.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong programming skills in Python or Java. Deep expertise in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG models, and AI orchestration. Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks, as well as CI/CD fundamentals.
