EY is hiring an Industrial Trainee for its Strategy and Transactions (SaT) – Transaction Corporate Finance (TCF) – Valuation team in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting valuation and financial analysis activities across transaction and advisory engagements.
The position requires strong Excel skills, structured data handling, documentation, and the ability to prepare workpapers, financial models, and reports. Candidates will also support consulting assignments and project activities while working collaboratively across client departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, analyze, and present valuation-related data using Excel.
- Support valuation and financial analysis activities.
- Assist with transaction and advisory assignments.
- Prepare structured workpapers and supporting documentation.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheet-based financial models.
- Prepare reports and analysis for project requirements.
- Support consulting assignments with accurate data handling.
- Provide trainee-level assistance across project activities.

Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).
