Roles & Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive internal audit and risk assessment activities, evaluating internal control design and operational effectiveness.

Conduct detailed process reviews, identify critical risk gaps, and assist in developing robust risk remediation strategies.

Prepare professional audit reports, client presentations, status updates, and support formal audit committee reporting documentation.

Perform structured data analytics using specialized tools like ACL and MS Access to gather insights and support process analytics projects.

Identify and escalate potential engagement risks or red flags, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage multiple client projects effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), MBA, or Graduates with relevant specialized experience.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls testing, or risk assessment. Manufacturing sector experience is strongly preferred.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep knowledge of internal audit frameworks, risk consulting, and process gap analysis. Understanding of IIA and ICAI auditing standards. Proficiency with data analytics tools such as ACL, MS Access, and advanced MS Excel.
