Roles & Responsibilities

Perform monthly financial control and ledger reporting activities while maintaining strict process accuracy.

Prepare and analyze daily T+1 P&L reports, investigate financial breaks, and support balance sheet substantiation processes.

Conduct revenue attribution and variance analysis, analyzing Model vs Actual cash variances to provide commentary to front-office teams.

Ensure compliance with risk and control guidelines, monitoring funding cost allocation processes, and understanding trade flows.

Manage stakeholder queries and reporting requests, collaborating closely with traders, risk teams, and finance managers.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
MBA (Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA) / CFA Preferred.
Experience
Relevant experience in Financial Control or Product Control within Investment Banking.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep expertise in Financial Control, P&L reporting, balance sheet substantiation, IFRS/GAAP, and Advanced Excel. Front-to-back investment banking process knowledge is required.
