Deloitte is hiring an Associate – Financial Planning and Analysis in Hyderabad to support its Global Finance team. The role provides an opportunity to build a strong foundation in financial reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, reconciliations, and business reporting while working with colleagues across regions and member firms.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, periodic reconciliations, month-end close, forecasting, recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations. The role is suitable for finance and accounting professionals with strong fundamentals, advanced Excel skills, and an interest in developing expertise in financial systems and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Review, code, and reconcile expenses and financial transactions while managing daily finance tasks for assigned business groups.

Support senior team members during forecasting activities, periodic general ledger reconciliations, and month-end book closure processes.

Develop proficiency in financial systems and use SAP, AO, Sidecar, and other applications to extract information and prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Prepare headcount, cost, and monthly close reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial insights.

Identify process challenges, recommend improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally with controllers and global business partners.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (such as MBA, CMA, or equivalent qualification). This is an Entry Level position, requiring foundational knowledge of financial and accounting principles alongside advanced MS Excel skills.
