Roles & Responsibilities

Support consulting engagements related to finance transformation, evaluating internal controls, and assessing business and technology risks.

Perform SOX 404, SSAE 18, and ICFR assessments, validating the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.

Conduct IT controls reviews and complete GITC evaluations for major ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, and JDE.

Support the modernization and automation of controls programs, participating in control testing and material weakness remediation initiatives.

Gather requirements, support business process mapping, and collaborate with internal audit, legal, and engineering teams using COSO methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Risk Management, or related field. CA, CPA, CISA, CRISC, or CIA certifications are highly relevant.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in SOX, SOC, internal controls, risk advisory, ITGC, controls design, and compliance reviews.
Technical & Core Competence
Expertise in business process controls, ITGC, SOX readiness, and SOC assessments. Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and compliance frameworks (COSO). Analytical mindset required for control assessment and modernization.
