Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an EIC Apprentice in Hyderabad. The apprentice will assist with back-end analysis, client-related activities, and field activities within the company's real estate advisory function.
The role provides exposure to real estate advisory, market research, feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, financial modeling, report writing, and site inspections. It is suitable for graduates from Commerce, Finance, or Statistics backgrounds looking to begin a career in real estate analytics and advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate advisory projects and client deliverables.
- Support research, feasibility studies, and demand-supply analysis.
- Assist in developing highest and best-use reports for properties.
- Support financial modeling and related quantitative financial concepts.
- Handle client queries and support day-to-day project execution activities.
- Support business development activities and market tracking.
- Prepare feasibility reports and comprehensive market research reports.
- Conduct market surveys to gather real estate and location insights.
- Create financial models and structured presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain databases of projects, developers, and investors.
- Participate in site inspections and field activities as required.
- Handle presentation formatting and project documentation work.
