Job Overview
Concentrix is hiring Sr. Technical Representatives for the Global Service Desk (TCF) team at its Gurugram office.
This role focuses on providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting system and application issues, and assisting internal users with enterprise IT problems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to internal users via phone or email.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS and enterprise applications.

Accurately log, track, update, and maintain documentation for incident tickets.

Collaborate with other technical teams for timely issue resolution and escalations.

Assist users with desktop systems, software productivity shortcuts, and standard IT procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (BCA/MCA/B.Tech)
Experience
1–3 Years (IT Support / Service Desk)
Technical Experience
Proven experience supporting Windows OS, desktop applications, MS Office, and utilizing incident management/ticketing systems is highly preferred.
