Citi is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in Mumbai. This is an intermediate-level Finance role focused on analyzing financial results, supporting forecasting and budgeting activities, preparing management reports, and providing insights to help Citi evaluate business performance.
The selected candidate will work with the broader Finance team on financial planning, forecasting, risk capital analysis, competitor performance analysis, management reporting, and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Support annual planning, periodic forecasting, and participate in annual budgeting and monthly estimate processes.

Analyze Citi's financial performance, review actual results against financial plans on a monthly basis, and evaluate competitor performance.

Contribute to the estimation of risk capital and incorporate results into management reports and decision-making processes.

Analyze management review presentations for individual regions and products, identifying and communicating financial insights to management.

Follow Citi's policies, regulatory requirements, and control procedures, assessing and escalating potential risks appropriately.
Eligibility Criteria
Core Competence Required
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree, University degree, or equivalent experience. Candidates should have relevant experience in Accounting and/or Finance, particularly in financial planning, analysis, reporting, or related functions.
