Key Responsibilities
The AIM organization at Citi works to drive data-driven transformation and provide actionable intelligence to business leaders. As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Support data quality measurement programs for regulatory initiatives, including CCAR and AML.
- Identify critical data elements across systems and design appropriate data quality rules.
- Test and validate data quality rules to ensure accurate measurement.
- Standardize data definitions across systems, products, and regions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly data quality scorecards and executive summary reports.
- Investigate data defects, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Identify control gaps and policy breaches, providing supporting evidence for audits.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Recommend process improvements for compliance and data quality initiatives.
- Communicate findings and complex business problems clearly to management.

Eligibility & Preferences

Education Requirement: Relevant degree in MBA, Mathematics, IT, Computer Applications, or Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.). Postgraduate qualifications in related fields are preferred.

Experience Required: 2–5 years of hands-on experience delivering data quality solutions, with at least 1 year of experience in the banking industry.

Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to GenAI platforms, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning techniques, finance regulations, and an understanding of retail banking.
