Job Overview
Citi is hiring a Business Analyst – PySpark in Bengaluru for its Decision Management and Business Analysis team. The role focuses on analyzing operational data, identifying patterns and trends, generating business insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
The selected candidate will work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze data, develop customer and consumer behavioral insights, support targeting and segmentation strategies, and recommend improvements to business processes and decision strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Gather operational data from stakeholders, analyze historical performance, and identify patterns and trends to generate insights.

Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree / University degree or equivalent experience. The role requires strong experience working as an Analyst utilizing PySpark. Banking and AI experience are highly advantageous but not mandatory.
