Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze business performance metrics and franchise data to support strategic planning and business execution initiatives.

Prepare management reports and senior leadership presentations, analyzing business performance against targets and budgets.

Monitor client revenue, returns, backlog management, and exposure metrics while conducting revenue analysis and investigating discrepancies.

Perform wallet analysis, track market share, and generate insights on critical metrics including revenue, RWA, ROTCE, GAAP Assets, and OSUC.

Collaborate with bankers and product partners on business reporting, support complex projects, and mentor junior team members.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines.
Experience
Experience in business analytics, banking analytics, finance, reporting, or business management. Exposure to financial services is advantageous.
Technical & Core Competence
Deep expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint presentation development, and Financial Analysis. Experience with systems like SmartView, Essbase, Dealogic, and DMS is required to deliver high-quality management information.
