Job Overview

Cisco is hiring Sales Operations Analyst Trainees under its Recruitment Program 2026 for the Bengaluru location.

This is a Non-Technical Graduate Apprentice (India UHR) role designed for fresh graduates (BBA/BSc/BCA) who want to start their career in sales operations, business support, and enterprise operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Virtual Sales Account Managers to understand client requirements.
  • Support creation of solution presentations and Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
  • Ensure deliverables are reviewed and validated by Systems Engineers.
  • Assist in execution of regional sales strategies and renewals.
  • Learn forecasting, client engagement, and cross-functional sales operations.
