Roles & Responsibilities

Drive credit risk strategy and decision-making processes, defining and monitoring critical KPIs related to credit risk performance.

Collaborate intimately with data science and technology teams to continuously enhance risk models and derive business insights.

Develop and comprehensively document business requirements (BRD) and functional specifications (FSD) for credit risk systems.

Perform deep impact analysis, functional validation testing, and support the implementation of new credit risk systems and tools.

Work strategically with stakeholders to streamline reporting, mentor junior analysts, and foster overall team development.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Experience
5–10 years of robust experience in business analysis specifically within the credit risk and financial services domain.
Technical & Core Competence
Strong knowledge of credit risk methodologies, data modeling (conceptual and physical), and SQL data analysis. Deep expertise in producing business analysis artifacts (BRD, FSD, impact analysis) and executing functional testing. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
