Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and update core datasets including asset performance and market evidence.

Perform data cleansing, validation, and regular quality audits.

Generate standardized reports and prepare dashboards for internal teams.

Coordinate with Digital & Data Lead for weekly priorities and documentation.

Identify opportunities for automation of recurring data tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Tech)
Experience
2+ Years (Real Estate Preferred)
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel (Pivot, Formulas) and proficiency in Power BI/DAX is highly required.
