Amex GBT is hiring an MI Business Analyst to join its Business Intelligence and Reporting team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for Management Information (MI) reporting, business intelligence, dashboard development, client reporting, data analysis, and reporting tool support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for Management Information (MI) reporting, providing product support and issue resolution.

Consult internal and external stakeholders on reporting requirements, building hierarchy-based reports and dashboards for global clients.

Analyze reports to identify trends, investigate root causes of data quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Design and develop advanced dashboards and scorecards using Excel, Access, and other reporting tools.

Support Account Managers with client reporting, monthly business reviews, and executive presentations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead global data projects and support reporting standardization and process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Technical & Core Competence Required
Candidates must have a solid foundation in **Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Analytics**. Hands-on expertise using **Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Dashboard Development tools** is essential to successfully support global client reporting initiatives at Amex GBT.
*Please Note: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Management Information (MI) is strictly required. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is mandated.*
