Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly incentive calculations, run incentive models, and perform due diligence on payments.

Automate manual processes using Python, SQL, Generative AI, and workflow automation tools.

Develop dashboards using Excel automation, complex formulas, and tools like Power BI or Tableau, eventually evolving to AI-powered dashboards.

Develop AI-powered solutions using LLMs for reporting, documentation, knowledge management, and process optimization. Create prompts, AI agents, and copilots.

Convert business requirements into logical workflows, coordinate UAT, support incentive-based audits, and maintain compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. You must have 3+ years of experience in compensation processes, business rules, and handling large-scale business processes using robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
